The Needed Apps for iPad/iPad Mini is as follows:
"Fast and Free Mercury Browser" Mercury Browser has what's missing in most
other Browsers, like Themes/Video/HomePage icon..for Both iPad and iPad Mini!
"Puffin web Browser"Watch Browser-FLASH-VIDEO'S..FINALLY!(Free Trial-period)
"Google MAPS", to be able to actually USE - STREET VIEW - finally!!
"AccuWeather" is a VERY good Weather app, for the iPad/iPad Mini..
"PCalc Lite" is very nice Calculator, for Both iPad and iPad Mini..
"MPme Radio" is an outstanding Music Radio, for Both iPad and iPad Mini..
the BEST drawing and sketch App(in my opinion) is the "SketchBOOK Express"
Should have at least a couple of games like Freecell, Spider Solitaire, and Solitaire,
What's Great about THESE games, is that you can play them WITHOUT WiFi!.
If you're still wanting that New iPad or iPad Mini, Walmart has the best Price..

Final Note: Apple iPads and iPad Mini's Do not need Anti Virus, or Firewall..
Although Apple does NOT include "FLASH" on any of their iOS products..
they say it uses to much Battery Power.. Hence the ability to last 10 hours!
The iPad Mini is My personal choice, and the 16GB version is probably..
the most you'll need, since loading up the iPad with a lot of Apps you may
never use would just be a waste..Remember the only way you can either
Backup/Copy/install/Sync, is with iTunes(on your Windows or Mac) OR by
Backing up using iCloud..Apple gives you the first 5GB for FREE, any more
you'll have to pay for..also it's WiFi..if you want to Print it must be WiFi!
My Final opinion.. the iPad/iPad Mini, is great IF you want to surf the Web,
or listen to Music..Play Games..read & send email..BUT if you want use it
to Transfer files(other than Music/Photos) & use for real Work!..Then I'm
happy to announce New INFO about both Lightning AV accessories HERE

it's Great Fun to use - a Learning tool..even without accessories, both
